David more info would have been nice, like when and where you bought them and why are they in a quarantine tank is it because they are new or because they are sick? What is your water quality is their color still bright?

Anyways try checking your PH level and temp. Turn off the light and don’t feed for two days, add aquarium salt 1 tea per ten gallons and a little Stress ZYME and a drop or two of Melifix. Then try tubiflux worms, stuck to the side of the tank, or bloodworm, in small amounts .Make sure you temp is right and that the water is flowing well.

Try some live brine or some of the frozen (thawed of course) with a little bit of extreme garlic on it. If using extreme garlic make sure that you use a little purified water with the mixture so it is not to overwhelming. I have used the garlic with some of my picky eaters. Some fish like it some don’t.
