If I had to pick, a little tiger. As much as I hate taking animals out of their natural habitats and letting them run wild, I think it would be different and fun to have a little tiger.

I like a pet that can respond to me and interact with me, which rules out a lot of the ones on your list. (Like the piranha – ripping meat apart does not count as interaction.)
I like a pet I can take with me places and that can be in my space – which tends to rule out the llama and camels and cattle.
Pets that can kill me and make me sick don’t ring my bell much either.
So I’d probably go for the coon cat or the little tiger.
Before I saw the list I was going to talk about the raccoon I did have as a pet, but that wasn’t one of your choices. Too bad – they make a great pet, if you get one when it is still a kit. Once they get full-grown they can get tricky,

De-scented skunks are very fun pets. They also scare people who come to your house and dont know its a pet. they pretend they’re going to spray when they’re playing. they are also very affectionate, and most of your pet choices wouldnt be.
