ADF has bump on chest, maybe swallowed a piece of gravel. Will he live? What should I do?

2 ADF’s, 1 betta and a few algae eating shrimp in a 5 gallon filtered tank.
50% water changes weekly, no nitrites or ammonia, 15ppm nitrates.
They are fed once a day, live blackworms, except when there are frog eggs present. Once a week treat of frozen brine shrimp.
He is active and moves around, but this bump is a little bigger than the bumps under his arms. I noticed it last night.
If it turns out to be a bit of gravel, is there anything I can do?
I’ll be monitoring this question, so if you need any more info, just ask.
No, I’m not sure it’s gravel. I’m just trying to gather info on anything it could possibly be.
I don’t see how gravel could be digested, and the thought of a tumor has occurred to me.
I know there’s nothing I can do about a tumor, just wondering if I could do anything if it is gravel, or how I could tell.

  1. are you sure it is a piece of gravel i mean fishes can get tumors …. if it is a piece of gravel it may not live because it still needs to be digested ………. its hard to say at the moment because all animals are different …. but best of luck and hope it turns out well
