My video aquarium diary for www.littleaussieproducts.com Yesturday (today?) at 2am I was able to record this short clip of my Sea Dragons (Australian SeaMonkeys) mating! I have never seen this before in my first tank. Those Seadragons seem to be much more active and they seem to live longer and are still real healthy… I dont know if its visible in this bad video (I use a ixed focus Aiptek AHD-200 / HD-720p with a toy binocular lens for macro), but the female has an eggsack allready! They are so much fun to watch in general, I am glad I bought some… Seems like its not only fun for kids
This is my second tank of Artemia Salina, a brine shrimp similar to Sea Dragons(tm) or Seamonkeys(tm). (hatched about 3-4 Week ago).

No, these are Artemia Salina (salt water), Triops live in fresh water, are larger (these are magnified) and have a “shell”.
