They have a rudimentary nervous/spinal system, which leads researchers to believe that they may be used in experiments without concern for animal ethics. So, I doubt they can feel any pain..besides they can survive without oxygen and be in below freezing temps while being stored for a long time. Viva La Sea-Monkeys!
typically you would expect any creature in the animal kingdom to be able to as it is part of the suvival instinct. Their threshold may just be higher relative to their size than most making them able to endure more. They may also not be able to process the sensations as fast because of the size of their nervous system… so typically may be a little more immune to pain.
I do not think they have the brain power….Not everything feels pain.
