put 2 times the amount of food your big one will usually eat. the babies will eat what he doesn’t. take out any lefyovers though. congrats on the babies!

The best answer I have for the filtration is putting a sponge prefilter over your uplift tubes. Try to lower the current in your tank with a check valve if the fry are getting blown around. As for the feeding I would get a divider or use a breeding trap so that the fry can get food without the parents eating it and even eating their fry.
