sometimes they dont eat during the winter same with my turtle i feed it shrimp they love it

Their matapolisms are slowing down because of winter. They are reptiles so when it gets cold they go dormit, and as it gets colder they move less and are less active and don’t need as much food. You could try feeding them something else.

Every other day is not the best advice, and packaged brine shrimp is not really good food.
Instead, try a healthier mix like:
1/2 good pellets
1/2 live or frozen/thawed ‘fish foods’ like worms, insects, small fish, krill, shrimp, beef heart, etc.

give them different foods. just sticking to one food isn’t going to be much helpful. turtles need a variety of foods such as pellets, vegetables/fruits, and live meals [minnows/crickets/worms]. a variety is better than one.
