My Green spotted puffer is really Skinny??

can anyone help me out. my puffer wont eat.. i have him alone in a 50 gal tank.. i feed him brine shrimp and blood worms but he just wont eat?? Is he sick or what. Help me please

    He may need some company, and you could try feeding him on larger food, mine likes muscles and lance fish.
