  1. Raising then growing brine shrimp is a pain. In my opinion it ends up bieng less of a hassle to just buy them from your LFS.

  2. Brine Shrimp (Artemesia) will eat yeast, but yeast won’t grow in salt water,so it becomes expensive. Also they are not very nutritious after the hatchlings consume their yolk-sacs. To raise shrimp for larger fish look into setting up a child’s wading pool in the summer and the shrimp can feed on the algae that will grow in their brine. They will also reproduce in this situation.

  3. Hard boiled egg yolk crushed and made into a liquid. One drop feeds an awful lot of shrimp so do not over do it. Naturally occurring algae and cultured paramecium.
All of this will only produce shrimp of a quarter inch or so.
Chopped earthworm would be a better and more nourishing food for larger fish. Whole earthworms if they are really big.

  4. Brine Shrimp once born has the most nutritional value.

Adult Brine Shrimp grow up to around half a inch.

Yeast, or any finely crushed tropical flakes.

I have a seamonkey kit unopened, I might set it up :) . I believe it is beach themed.
