same weird dream 3 times?

ok so i first had this dream about my stepborther, we were at a park and there was this big lake and this bloke in an orange monkey suit came over and tried to drown my stepbrother in the lake, i jumped in and tried to help him and so the monkey drowned me..

then i had a similar dream about my bf at the time but it was at a beach swimming in the sea, he was going under and started to drown and i tried to help him and ended up drowning myself..

then just the other day i had the same one agen but about my sister, we were at the beach agen and a huge wave came rite over our heads and we got stuck in the sand under this water. i managed to push her up onto a ledge but cudnt free myself and i drowned.

every version of the dream has been really vivid and i wake up completely panicking everytime and cant get back to sleep.
can anyone give me any advice on how to avoid having the same dreams or what my dream might mean??

  1. it sounds kinda like a metaphor like the way your always saving someone else but never save your self or get dragged down whenever you try to help someone else

  2. Repetitive dreams are very significant. In each dream you are overwhelmed/overcome by something while trying to save a sibling and then you die. Maybe you feel that your siblings are getting too much attention at your expense? Think it over for awhile. Repetitive dreams go away once you have made peace with the situation. Good luck and best to you.

  3. Personally I would avoid bodies of water for somtime to come and then see if the “dreams” re – occur.”

  4. Dreams with water/waves signify emotions. Big waves, big emotional feelings. Being able to manage yourself in the water means you will manage and navigate your emotional feelings fine. Are you feeling overwhelmed with emotion when it comes to these people that are in your dream? Once you get a handle on your emotions and the things that are causing you stress/confusion, these dreams will stop.

My own experience in having similar dreams.

  5. My opinion: First of all: nice of you to try and save your step-brother, sister and bf!
Think about your life, and think about what various aspects of your dreams might be symbolising. Sometimes it’s not very obvious just what it is.
All the water: Consider your emotional responses to things.
i.e. emotional (ups and downs) etc.
Sand- instability, lack of emotional security. The idea that the foundations in your life are not stable.
Drowning: Suggests your emotions/something else might be overwhelming you and you are struggling with this.
Since you keep saving others and drowning yourself, i think you might need to take a step back and re-evaluate yourself. Are you putting so much effort into something and neglecting yourself?
Remember: a dream is just a dream so don’t get worried. I hope it all clears up for you.
