My sea monkey’s just recently hatched and I am not sure what to feed them. I read that they eat their own shells..is this true? Please help! Thank you.

Many crustaceans and other arthropods will consume their exoskeletons after molting to get the calcium carbonate in it and make their new shells nice and tough.
However, as a staple food source, rotifers.
