I had sea-monkeys, but i didn’t realize until now that they were actually a type of shrimp. Pet shrimp! what an odd thought! lol!

Brine shrimp to be exact….. they go dormant when the water dries up….

Yes, unfortunately they all died 4 days arfter I bought them, never actually found out how they died though.

I had some..and my dad left them in the car and it got really hot and they all died…or at least that is what I thought. I loved them. The ads sure looked different than the little things swimming in the water. As an adult who realizes they were brine shrimp, I’m amazed at how the marketing works on that.

me! i was a little disappointed but it was exciting waiting for them to arrive in the mail. the ads made it seem like they’d build a little city and have a life i could watch.
