Why do sea monkeys eat eachother?

I bought 3 of them and they only lasted for a week since they began turnng on eachother, They were fed correctly and everything – Why did they decide to just eat eachother ?

  2. keep one couple.if u keep 1 female and 2males,they fight each other,finally the one who ddnt won her will attack her coz of his anger and eat ,then her boyfriend and stalker will fight each other and the stronger guy eat weaker one.

  3. mine don’t eat each other! They breed though and then die of old age – check the water the young ones still hatch out if the mother dies (she’s the one with the egg pouch)

    The young are REALLY tiny.

    I love them, they are great fun!!

    we have 5 adults and numeroous babies at the moment – the tank was started at Christmas, with eggs etc

    check the tank make sure there are no young left in the tank

    most do not kill each other, they usually get along well.

  5. Are you sure you mean sea monkeys = brine shrimp?

    Cant imagine how you could buy three or how you could see them turning on one another.

    Do you mean ghost or glass shrimp?

  6. THEY DO NOT EAT EACH OTHER. THEY ARE OMNIVOURES! the males are just fighting for the females and killing each other in the process.
