okay well i’ve been having sea monkeys for a while and there water is starting to get a little dirty.. and i really dont wanna have to order another one of those water purifier packets that came with my sea monkey kit! so i wonder if my water conditioner that removes chlorine and chloromine that i use for my angel fish will work on sea monkeys (brine shrimp)?
Yes, the water conditioner made for aquaria will be fine for the sea monkeys/brine shrimp. You will also need to add salt, of course.

yes, it will work. It is better than leaving the clorine in the water. The only better answer is to use RO water.
