Are these fish compatible?

I was going to have 6 glo lite tetras, 6 harlequin rasboras, 6 cardinal tetras, and 2 otos in my 30 gallon tank. I was also going to have 3 red cherry shrimp. Then I was thinking about having either a female betta or a dwarf gourami. Which one do you think would do best? There are plenty of hiding spots, the pH is 7.1, and I will feed them TetraMin tropical flakes everyday, Hikari bloodworms twice a week, and Hikari brine shrimp once a week.
What do you think?

Rainbow Shark question please help?

I have a 30 gallon tank, 2 logs on bottom with places to hide under, fake coral, cave, 2 live bamboo shoots. Rainbow shark, 2 average sized angel fish. Had one molly but randomly was pecked to death. I just intoduced 5 pristella tetras to the tank and the rainbow shark chases them all day long nipping at their fins. the tetras try to hide but after 2 days had to put them in baby net because their fins are almost gone. what should i do? or why is my rainbow shark so dang aggressive? water temp 78, ph 6.8-7.2 fed tropical fish flakes and brine shrimp. any suggestions? the rainbow leaves the angels alone

Lethargic Powder Blue Jack Dempsey :(?

I upgraded my 30 gallon tank with a powder blue jack dempsey (2-3 inches) and Angelfish to a 90 gallon tank a month ago. The angelfish seem happy as always as well as all the other fish in the tank, but the powder blue has changed… he used to follow me around everywhere, and at feeding time he would attack the flakes and gobble them all up in a second.

When I moved him in, he stopped trying to get the food, and has just been staying at around the same spot, near a sword plant. I’ve tried feeding him flakes, pellets, bloodworms, brine shrimp, ect… no good on any of them.

He sometimes goes to swim somewhere else, but most of the time I just see him there. His colors have darkened up by a LOT which contradicts all his other symptoms, but he seems skinnier and much less active.

Even if I try to hand-feed him or put the food closer to him, he just doesn’t seem interested. I haven’t seen him eat in a couple of days. He’s been in the tank for about a month now.

Any suggestions? :(
The only thing that I think might make sense is that he feels lost in the tank? Before I guess he was confident because it was his “turf”, but now there’s so much more (bigger) fish than him, I guess he doesn’t feel as confident or something.

Maybe I need to put another powder blue jack to keep him company, but I’m nervous and I consider myself lucky that this jack dempsey turned out to be so peaceful.

I can’t put him in my other tanks, because they all have small fish like neon tetras that wouldn’t have a chance. Right now I would say he’s about 3 1/2 inches.
Ammonia is at 0, nitrite at 0, nitrate at 10, ph at 7.4 — all other fish seem healthy, except the depressed dempsey. :/

i have a question about my green spotted puffers?

i have 2 gsps and one is bigger than the other. I have the in a 30 gallon tank with a divider because i have other fish. My questions are my smaller puffer has black on the sides of its belly that seem to not go away but its belly is white is that normal. Also wut kind of decor should i have in the tank. Right now i have one plant a live rock and 2 other types of tank decor i wanted to know what else i should put in there. My final question is how much should i feed them. ive been feeding them a half a cube of brine shrimp is that enough or to much? I guess just tell me everything i need to know to maintain a green spotted puffer
