How to feed Brine Shrimp

To keep your brine shrimp alive you must feed them. Everyone does not just feed there brine shrimp right away to there fish so using this method will help you keep and grown your brine shrimp to large adults.

Difficult guppy fry question?

I have about 30 guppy fry in a 10 gallon tank. They are about 4 months old, but still only about a half an inch long. i feed them 3 times a day: brine shrimp in the morning, and adult flake food in the afternoon and night. Their water temperature is around 80 degrees during the day and 78 degrees at night. I looked at some of the pictures of 4 month old guppies online and they are definately a lot bigger than mine. Why are they so tiny still? Could it have something to do with the fact that 30 of them are in a 10 gallon tank, or does that not affect it as much as something else?

what LIVE food can I feed my fish?

I have a few patys, a dwarf gourami, 2 peppered corys, and a sucker fish. What LIVE FOOD can I feed them? i was thinking brine shrimp!?! are they to small for my fish? baby or adult brine shrimp? does it make a difference? anything else i could give them? I dont want any big worms or anything like that. Thanks

Sea Monkey Tank Cleaning.mp4

It’s been 3 1/2 months now so I decide to clean the bottom of the tank. I used a siphon that I got from the dollar store(or somewhere) costs about . You can just use a 1/4″ to 3/8″ hose if you want but you will have to suck up the water to start the vacume. Other than the occassional addition of fresh water to replace water loss due to evaporation I have made only one 25% water change. Of course the water lost due to this cleaning I will replace with spec gravity salinity 1.0023 salt water. I would reccomend if you want to raise your sea monkeys (brine shrimp) to adults that you start with good clean spring water or bottled water. However I started them off with tap water with water conditioner and let set 48 hrs and it worked.
