I’m doing a lab on juvenile brine shrimp. First they are just put into four sections with no factors changed (like a control) and then counted after 30 minutes. Then the same thing happens and they are broken up into four but each one is exposed to a different amount of light. It is to compare aboitic and biotic factors or independent and dependant factors that affect them.
What should I look up and research for the introduction?
What should I include and in what form/ order (ie; background info, hypothesis; justification for hypothesis?)

I have some brine shrimp that i kept from an experiment and i was provided with saltwater. But now I need to get more water, but I don’t know the salt to water ratio. What is a good amount of salt that should use? Is there a certain water I should use to mix with the salt? Is rock salt recommended? I don’t want to make a big deal out of them and put them in an aquarium. I just want to keep them alive as long as possible. =D
And i want to use things I can use around the home like rock salt or epson salt. I just need the ratio, not recommendations to go to the vet or the pet shop.

Can anyone direct me to some reliable (preferably no .com sites) sites that have information on brine shrimp? I need some information about the conditions they live in in the wild (temperature, amount of light, food sources, etc.) Also, if they’re authored sites, that’d be great. ^^
