They are 6 weeks old here. Feeding time, finally got them off of newly hatched baby brine shrimp and eating flake food, frozen beefheart and mini pellet. I’m still doing daily water changes, lots of work but very rewarding as well.

Title says it all. The fry are close to free swimming. You will notice the gray puffy masses. They are the dead brine shrimp that was accidentally thrown into the tank (alive originally of course.) The fry actually appear to be chewing away at the brine shrimp. Kind of kewl. Getting the brine shrimp eggs today.
These are almost 5 weeks old. They are doing much better than my first batch, there’s still about 75 babies in the ten gallon tank. They are eating freshly hatched or frozen baby brine shrimp and frozen cyclops. I keep the water at around 80 (hence the 2 old heaters…lol) and use a rear filter once a day after a feeding to clear up the water.
