i put my fry in the bag and put it floating in the tank.there is a small dead brine shrimp in there as fod .will the fry be ok with the peice of brine shrimp floatingin it

how do you keep brine shrimp alive?
i bought 1/2 a portion of brine shrimp from the tropical fishstore and i just realized that it is too much. They are for some bettas, and i definately cant feed all of them b4 they die. Is there a way i can keep them alive, or preserve them. how long do they live in a plastic bag.
