help breed betta fry but brine shrimp not arrived yet. the fry are 1.5 weeks old at the momment im using liquid fry how long and what else can i use to feed them until the brine shrimp eggs arive

How much salt (non-iodized) do I need per liter of water? I have sea salt which is in grinder/shaker, but no aquarium salt.
Also, how many teaspoons of eggs in 1 liter if I plan on raising them. I have strong, coarse, bubbles and 74 degree water.
