I got them about a month and a half ago. I went with the small “Sea Monkeys in the City” tank. They’ve got quite big now, but their water is low and I think many of them may be pregnant…they have these little sacks or something attatched to their mid-sections. What do I do? Can I just use regular water–I don’t have any of that powder that I put in the water with the kit. How do I take care of them now? Do they need a bigger tank? Help?!?
Bizarre, the little one in the center of the screen (very out of focus) appears to have four eyes. (you can make it out in a few shots) And all it does is wriggle at the bottom of the tank. Comments as to what this means would be appreciated… This is the highest drama we’ve had yet. Could it be a sea monkey drug overdose? Or maybe a genetic experiment from the lab gone terribly wrong? Maybe he’s a METH JUNKIE MONKEY? Watch and see…

Wow, it’s been almost 2 months and some of the little guys are still alive. It’s come to my attention that there has been no baby Sea Monkeys in this time. After much hypothesising I have come to the conclusion that all of the little guys are gay. Being the person who brought them life in the first place, I feel responsible. Oh, and they might have been watching the, uh, “activities” in the apartment we share. Anyway, bottom line: gay sea monkey and no adoption options, therefore, no babies. While I may never know the joy of being a grandpa, at least I know they’re happy.

I was so wrong, they’re not all gay afterall. One of my girls is pregnant! She’s the one with the large black “lovely lady lumps” on her tummy. Soon there will be MORE babies to enjoy! Yeah!
