I will be raising some Brine Shrimp for my Betta. How big should they be and how much should I give to my fish? Should they be live or dead? (If dead, how can I humanely kill them?) This is in addition to regular Betta food and bloodworms from time to time.
I know you have to give a pea once a week, but should this be the whole meal or just an extra?
I’ve also read you should fast your Betta once a week to prevent constipation. I don’t know, it sounds a little iffy to me. Should I really just not feed him for one day, or maybe can I just give him half as much as I normally would?
Thank you in advance! If you have any other information on the proper food for Bettas, I’d appreciate it.
