I just disconnected my airpump so the egg shells could float. after 1 hour later i came back and the brine shrimp were laying on the ground not moving? But they were moving like 10 minutes after i disconnected the air pump. Does anybody knows what happened. I covered the top of the vase by the way when i was hatching them to prevent any water from flying out of the vase.

Brine shrimp live in saltwater and i don’t wanna get the salt into my fish tank… so how do i make sure that salt won’t get into the tank. Also i need to know how to seperate eggshell from the brine because the egg shells aren’t good for the fish either.

I’ve got them in the 1 liter container, and they’ve all hatched. So now there still in the one liter conatiner with the egg shells floating at the top.
Do I just leave them in there, there not big enough to feed yet.
And also, are brine shrimp the same thing as sea monkeys?
