1.) it needs an air pump and i have a fish tank and its 55 gallons has a air pump that does up to 60 and has two holes on of them is empty so i pluged that onto it is that going to over airate the little two liter thing that there hatching in???
2.) how long does it take for them to hatch i did them last night at like 8:30 at night and its

3.) it says “not intended to grow to adult size” i dont plan to but why how does it stop them from growing to adult size??

I’m currently cycling an Eclipse 5 gallon corner fish tank (freshwater) housing a single juvenile Zebra Danio and an African Dwarf Frog. My equipment includes a bio-wheel filter, hood lamp, air stone, large gravel substrate and a 25-watt Top Fin heater that is currently set at low and produces a consistent water temp. of 77.5 degrees. (sorry if this was all useless info!)
Basically, I’m looking to diversify/enhance said Danio’s & ADF’s current diet of flake food and frozen blood worms. Preferably, I’d like to find a local pet store (Seattle area) that sells ready-to-feed live brine shrimp. Setting up a mini-hatchery in my tiny ass apartment seems like a hassle (let me know of any possible mis-conceptions I may have about this!), although if no better options present themselves, I’ll make it work.
Can anyone share their experience feeding live Brine Shrimp? How often/how much should I feed? How do I make sure the ADF gets his fair share of live Brine Shrimp?

I got him from Petsmart in Dec. of 2007 . He had a 5 gallon tank with a heater and filter. I did weekley water changes. I fed him pellets and brine shrimp. I noticed his color was turning gray about 2 months ago, he use to be purple all over and his chin was white which was new this month. Yesterday I noticed his water was yellow, almost the color of urine. I then notice there was some sort of net (Bug) dead in his fish tank water. I did a water change last night, and woke up this morning he was gone. In the last month he would spit out his pellets, he did enjoy the brine shrimp. As I was taking him out his tank today, his color was rubbing off on the paper towel, the paper towel was turning purple which is his color if that helps. Also his eyes were cloudy when I was examining him. What could have caused my fish Tony to have passed? Thanks!
