Betta Fry?

What would you recomend for conditioning a breeding pair and what would be the easiest form of feeding for fry. What about Hakari First Bites, is this fry food any good for newborn fry? I’ve also heard of egg yolk and brine shrimp ( but hatching brine shrimp sounds complicated and messy.)
i want something that wont be too expensive and wont take up too mucch room or is too fragile because I share a home with very courious kids and cat. Thanks for any advise.
PS I’m currently feeding my male and female freeze-dried blood worms and they love them.

What are these weird things swimming in my fresh water tank? Part 2?

I posted a question a few days ago about my angelfish (marble angels) and I said they had laid eggs and now all of the eggs are gone (they ate them) none hatched. Well there are these weird off white “things” alive and swimming around in my tank. At first they looked like lice? They are so tiny its hard to really tell what they are even with a magnifying glass. Well now they are taking the form of something that looks like a tiny tiny inch worm. (Again, very hard to tell even with a magnifying glass) They are crawling around on the glass, and the other form (looks like lice) swim around in the tank. One person said maybe it is a “Hydra”? i’m not sure since its hard to tell what these things in my tank look like. If they are Hydra, I thought someone said you had to have brine shrimp to cause this and I dont have any. ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE HELPFUL.. Other than that I’m gonna try to kill the beasties before something happens to my fish who seem clueless.
