My two huskies got into the fish food a while ago- fish granules and freeze dried brine shrimp- yum! They ate the entire large container of fish food and small container of freeze dried brine shrimp.
Will they be okay?
They are acting fine, but will they get sick?

I usually feed him this Tetra BettaMin mixed flakes thing that he seems to enjoy, with bits of brine shrimp in it… i also have some of those freeze dried bloodworms, but when i put one in, he swims away really fast and gives it a really wide berth and doesnt come back until he knows i took it out. what can i give him as a treat instead?

on You Tube . In these videos – I saw a puffer being hand fed a shrimp (like shrimp cocktail that we would eat). It made me curious and I thought I may try that out sometime – I love shrimp myself, so we could ‘share’ a plate. Anyone tried that or what other foods (that you can buy in a grocery store) can they eat: so far I plan to try frozen krill, frozen bloodworms, shrimp pellets, live snails, freeze dried brine shrimp and freeze dried tubifex worms. Any other suggestions? Also, when feeding frozen food to them, is it best to thaw first, like you normally would or drop in frozen so they can ‘tear at it’. Thanks for the help.

My betta used to eat the round pellets without hesitation when I first brought him home. He got Ich and wouldn’t eat so I tried giving him freeze dried brine shrimp. He LOVED them. Now that’s all he’ll eat. He won’t even touch the round pellets anymore. Should I mix up his diet or are brine shrimp ok to feed everyday??

I really want to hatch the brine shrimp and give them to fish LIVE, not freeze dried. I got some freeze dried brine shrimp, but it’s not as great as the live ones would be.
Once I get some, how do I hatch them, and how old do they have to be to feed?
