Storage of Thawed Frozen Brine Shrimp?

I’ve had to downsize my betta collection recently due to a move into a tiny apartment: in other words, I went from an active betta breeder (i.e 50+ fish at any given time) to a betta hobbyist (i.e about 10 fish at any given time). Now, in the past, I’ve always enjoyed feeding my fish frozen foods (thawed of course)…but given the number of fish I had left-overs were not much of a concern.

In short–
When dealing with previously frozen (thawed) brine shrimp (or any other frozen food) is there a safe way to store the leftovers for later use?

I currently have the extra in a tub of water in my fridge, and I plan on keeping them for about a week–does this sound “safe”?

Fish feeding help!?

I have a 10 gallon and an 8 gallon freshwater tank, two separate tanks. They are 6 non aggressive fish in the 10 gallon. I got brine shrimp for the 1st time and wanted to feeding them the frozen brine shrimp. I fed them a tablet of the brine shrimp today. How often should I feed them the frozen brine shrimp. Normally i feed them tropical flakes.

PS: The 8 gallon i got today…i got it because i wanted a planted tank and they don’t make the proper lighting for 10 gallon tanks. At the moment… the 8 gallon is cycling and has a CO2 system, power sand and substrate, and a nice built in filter with awesome lighting!

Thanks!

Can a Betta live off of just frozen food?

Pellet train a fish…?

I bought needlefish a while back. At the store he only ate feeders. I attempted to starve him. I waited three days and he ate nothing so I gave him feeders. After he was well adjusted I tried again and its like he doesnt even notice the pellets floating there. Then I tried some frozen brine shrimp. Waited 3 days without feeders, put the frozen brine shrimp in, not only did he ignore it but actually swam away from it. Now I haven’t put feeders in for a day and the last time I did I dont think he got any so it’s probably been about 3 or 4 days but I know for sure atleast a day. I put some frozen krill into the tank with no results again. He just let it go right by him. Any suggestions how to get him to eat frozen food?

I’m starting a new tank with a Betta and a African Dwarf Frog, any suggestions?

I have a 5 Gallon Tank. With a Whisper Power Filter, Medium. I plan to lower the current somehow. Although my Tank is cycling right now, I have a couple of questions. I Put gravel, Silk plants and a little decorations, no Chemicals to water yet, And in my last pH test, a 7.6. I will put API’s Stress Coat. WIll this harm the frog? And if it will, what other Dechlorinizer should I use? I hate a heater in there, and I unplugged it because of the temperature. I Have an Air stone in there. And will be feed my Frog Frozen Brine Shrimp. My Betta some Freeze Dried Brine Shrimp, Blood WOrms, and Frozen Brine Shrimp. And I will add some live plants. Most likely a plant called “Betta Bulbs.” Well.. That’s the product name.

Main Questions:
Will Stress Coat be ok for an African Dwarf Frog?
Is there any sorta food needed for the Frog?
What should the pH level be for both?
Will they get along happily?
Any other live plants that both would like?
How can I lower the current from my filter?
Will Stress Zyme harm any of them?
Does a frog need a varied diet?
If it needs a Varied diet, What do I feed it?
Can the frog live in an aquarium with some Aquarium Salt?
