Food: crushed pellets I have been feeding them with live brine shrimp for the first 2 months since they came out before slowly introducing them to crushed pellets. Now they mostly eat pellets and i occasionaly give them brine shrimp for some variation. Sidenote: There is a lot of daily maintenance done to this bucket to keep the water quality good. The fish wont stay there for much longer though. Their 55 gallon new home is almost finished. Once they grow more most of them will be given to friends and family.
