Is it ok to feed neon tetras, black widow tetras and dwarf gourami sea monkeys?. Or should i use other live food that i can breed.

My betta won’t eat the food I give him and now he’s killing and eating my neon tetras. I have tried flake food, and he just ignores that. I’ve tried frozen brine shrimp and he might pick at it a little, but usually won’t eat any of that either. My neon tetra population is dwindling and it would cost too much to keep replacing them as they are eaten.

right now i have three neon tetras, a pregnant female assorted guppy, and an algae eater. i currently use just normal freshwater fish food, and betta food. since my guppy is having babies, i need to get some brine shrimp, just wondering if the rest of my fish can eat it as their regular diet?
