New fish questions?

Okay, yesterday I got 3 scissortail rasboras. They are doing great. They were the only fish in a 55 gallon tank, perfect water conditions and a temperature of 75 degrees fahrenheit. I have an undergravel filter, plants, rocks, driftwood and gravel. Today I got 2 red platys and 1 pleco. We got the pleco algae wafers. I have a few feeding questions:

Can I feed both the platys and the rasboras tropical flakes, frozen peas and some iceberg lettuce (last two sparingly). Would the platys like brine shrimp like the rasboras?

Will the pleco be okay with the small fish as he gets older?

When should I start feeding the new fish?

Thank you so much!

What to feed a hiding cichlid?

I have a 20 gallon tank and inside is a pleco, what I believe is an aulonocara cichlid, and a red tail shark. They get along surprisingly well.
I’ve recently given away the oscar I had in there because, obviously, it’s not a big enough tank.
When I had the oscar though, my cichlid would come to the top and feed with him, but now all he does is hide. He won’t even nibble them when I walk away.

I’ve tried floating pellets, sinking pellets, frozen brine shrimp. The only thing he’ll eat on occasion is a batch of freshly hatched shrimp, but I don’t do it very often because it’s a pain. :[

My green puffer fish wont eat, I got him 5 days ago. I tried feeding him small snails,?

brine shrimp and frozen blood worms. All the other fish in my 55 gal tank eat it up and he wont pay attention to the food. He swims around the tank and doesn’t seem sick. I have started brackishing the water have live plants, hiding places etc. I dont want him to die. Help. His tank mates are 2 silver dollars, 2 kissing fish, a pleco and 3 mollies. I looked at his teeth and dont seem overgrown in any way. He is still very small about 1 inch and his belly is white.

Am I starving my pleco? Advice from experience only, please. I’ve read everything I could find online.?

I have a pleco that looks like photos of Sailfins I have seen except he is almost entirely black.
I’ve read that they are bottom feeders, and need a variety of foods. I’ve also read that they are slow moving and usually only venture out at night.
My little (only 2″ right now) guy does NOT meet this description. He is constantly, almost frantically scraping the walls & floor, and he only stops to chew on the driftwood and eat.
Also – NOT a bottom feeder. He is as active during feeding as my Paradise fish. He eats flake, algae wafers (must have his own, or will fight for the one), bloodworms, brine shrimp. He swims freely and grabs whatever he can right out of the water.
I know I have been guilty of overfeeding… but he seems so HUNGRY! I thought these guys were supposed to wait for food to come their way. Am I doing something wrong? Is there some kind of special food I am missing?
I will be picking up cucumber as well, but if anyone has tips I could really use it.
