1/ is brine shrimp bad for newts? Wouldn’t the salt in them make them sick?

I don’t want the bother of making salt water for Brine Shrimp. So Fairy Shrimp are good because I can just use plain old water.

What are some easy to keep live fish food for Corydoras, Guppies and Rasboras. and where could i get the supplies. I know brine shrimp are easy but i don’t know if they need salt to stay alive?
