Why does the web browser company Sea-monkey not act professional toward it’s customers?

Here is my emails what do you think?

To the CEO of Sea-monkey,

Wow, you stated and I quote “a small group of very busy people who rarely have the time to reply to such requests.”

Sounds like you guys need new leadership. Everything rises and falls on leadership and a company that does know its own product or to busy for the customer is doomed to fail. Using the verbiage “reply to such requests” shows the leadership has little people skills. In Business wording is everything.

Thanks for at-least emailing back even if it was 30 days ago. I think I will use Safari.
