I got 5 white cloud mountain minnows a few days ago. they are all doing great. they are in a 10gal tank with lots of plants. I wanted to know how big they needed to be to lay eggs. mine are all between 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch long. Im not sure if i have boys or girls (the lady at the store said they were laying eggs in the aquerium, and there was 10, so im hopeing i got a few or each gender)
NE ways my questions are:
1) what can i feed them besides flakes (i wanna spice up their diet, i read online that brine shrimp was good for them?)
2)how many times do they lay eggs in a month?
3)What do i do with the eggs when the fish lay them? (do i leave them, take them out?)
4) does it matter that there are 4 normal sized ones and a smaller one or will they pick on the small guy?

so ive decided tht i want to hatch brine shrimp so i can feed it to my guppies/guppy fry/betta and was wondering do i just leave the eggs in a cup of water?? what do i do where can i get it?if my fish store dont have it can they order it in? is this good for betta fry as well i will be breeding my betta soon
im fully aware of what i have to do to house betta fry as well

I know they are the same thing i was asking if sea monkeys are cheaper than pet store brine shrimp to culture and use as live food

I wanna buy sea monkeys but Idk where they sell them. Is there a store I can buy them at?

Can bettas eat anything besides brine shrimp, bloodworms, pellets etc? What about really tiny cut fruits or veggies? Something I don’t have to buy at the fish/pet store.
The fruits and veggies will be used as treats and not as a staple food.
I’m so confused! Can I just get a yes or no answer here and a reason?
