Reggae Triops!

Triops longicaudatus from Rodeo, New Mexico. These living fossils spend most of the year as dried-up eggs in the desert, and hatch when monsoon rains form large puddles. They grow quickly, eating fairy shrimp (also pictured in video), mosquito larvae, snails, and a variety of aquatic invertebrates. My triopses 25 days

It took a little longer to make the second video because that camera was broken(with the help of my dad). Now they are 25 days old and still happily swimming around in my little aquarium. I now feed them Glassworms which they like a lot.
