Question about feeding my fish – should I be supplementing their diet?

I have tropical fish – Platies and Mollies. I currently feed them TetraMin flakes, but I’ve heard that it may be a good idea to supplement with brine shrimp or something of the like. Is this something I should be doing? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

How can I supplement Neon’s diet?

I have tetramin tropical crisps for my neon tetras. They seem happy with them, but I would like to supplement their diet with other things to keep them healthy. What are some good options to round out their diet and don’t have the chance of carrying NTD into the tank? If I do brine shrimp, should they be freeze dried or live (husband has sea monkeys)?

Am I feeding my betta fish correctly?

I’ve had it for like two months, so I know it can’t be bad. I’m feeding it TetraMin tropical granules. Then, somebody else who has a betta fish said that they feed it some type of worms or brine shrimp or something? So I looked that up and there are plenty of these freezed things because I guess betta fish are carnivores. Now I don’t want to go changing my fishy’s diet too much because I heard that they need consistency, but would it be healthier to add some meat to the diet? He’s been fine so far, but I want to give him the best.
