How long to sea monkeys live? I have one left, he is almost 1 year old!!?

I dont want to brag but I go to Cancun,MX every year and in 2005 I got To see the Sea turtles lay there eggs and then in 2006 I went and Snorkeled with whale sharks. Every Year We go to the Crocodile zoo witch has Deer that you feed, Baby crocodiles that you hold, and huge ones that you walk right by in a big pen thing,Theres monkeys that you take pics. with anjd many other things.But the only person that I tell (besides family) is my one friend whom I still Feel rude Telling it to because I Fell Like I’m Bragging…What should I do???
( I want to tell other people but I don’t want to be rude)

what ARE they? and why do they never work? two year guarantee, pfft.

My red ear slider is about a year old. He only eats frozen brine shrimp. I buy it in these little gum drop sized cubes. He gets 3 in the morning and if he is splashing around like crazy at night, I figure he’s trying to tell me he’s hungry so I give him one or two more. He is about 5″ wide and 7″ long. He is really healthy and lives in a clean wonderful environment. I just want to make sure he is eating enough or too much, and if it’s ok to only eat frozen brine shrimp?I try to give him the occasional fruits and veggies but he doesn’t like them.

I have had this betta for a little over a year now. I feed him 1 piece of bloodworm or brine shrimp every day so I know he is not overfed. About a week ago I noticed he was unable to get away from the surface of the water. He still agressively attacks the food when he is fed but if it starts to sink he can’t go more then an inch down into the water. Sometimes I find him on his side as well. 2 nights ago he seemed like he was fine again since I saw him near the bottom but the following morning he was on top again and has stayed that way, still with a healthy appetite. I’m guessing he is having trouble with his swim bladder. Any ideas on how I can help him out? Please don’t say his days are over just flush him.
